Swot Analysis For Cupcakes What Are The Principles For Making A Good SWOT ANALYSIS?

Most people, if they have a foothold in the SWOT analysis of states (for example: Our brand is the market weakness).
A SWOT analysis is to explore it further and to every state in detail with the question "What?". Rather, it is to find solutions or to explore more fully the state (for example) the low mark - we sell - the marketing channels available, etc. etc. etc.
After the exhaustion of the following:
- The collection and use of their forces
- Improve your weaknesses
- Take advantage of the opportunities
- Minimizing the risks
Remember no school like 2 years ago not sure how they do it, you must be a sign that it is not practical in the real world.
